What changes for a travel event
A travel booking needs more than a town name. DJ Jagz will consider the event start and finish time, venue access, safe travel windows, accommodation where required and whether the proposed sound and lighting setup is practical for the location.
The personalised quote reflects the complete event requirements, including travel. There are no generic public travel rates because two events in the same town can still have very different schedules and equipment needs.
Weddings outside Christchurch
South Island Punjabi and Indian weddings often bring families together from several regions. Music planning can be handled remotely before the event using your run sheet, must-play songs, entrance order and key family contacts.
If the wedding includes more than one celebration, list each date, venue and expected timing. A reception and a separate Jago event, for example, need to be assessed as distinct parts of the booking.
