Booking Terms

These public terms provide general information for DJ Jagz enquiries and events. The confirmed quote and written booking agreement for your event take priority where they contain more specific details.

Quotes and availability

Availability is checked for the event date provided. Each quote is prepared according to the date, location, duration, venue, guest numbers, sound requirements, lighting requirements and travel. A quote alone does not reserve the date.

Confirming a booking

A booking is confirmed only when the required written acceptance, agreement and deposit have been received. The confirmation will identify the event date, venue, agreed service and payment timing.

Deposits and payments

The deposit, remaining balance and due dates are stated in the private quote or booking agreement. Keep the booking reference with any payment so it can be matched correctly.

Venue access and setup

The client must provide safe and timely access to the venue, suitable power and a practical location for the DJ equipment. Please tell DJ Jagz about stairs, difficult loading areas, outdoor conditions, sound limiters, venue curfews or other restrictions before the event.

Event changes and additional time

Changes to the date, venue, timing, guest numbers or service requirements may affect availability and the agreed total. Additional performance time must be agreed with DJ Jagz and the venue.

Music planning

Clients may provide must-play songs, do-not-play requests, entrance music and other important tracks before the event. DJ Jagz uses professional judgement to work within that direction and respond to the crowd.

Client and venue responsibilities

The client is responsible for accurate event information, required venue permissions and a safe working environment. DJ Jagz may pause or end performance if equipment, guests or people at the venue are placed at unreasonable risk.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Contact DJ Jagz as soon as possible if an event may be cancelled or moved. The cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions in the private booking agreement will apply.
